All our products are covered by warranties from our manufacturers and suppliers. In addition to these warranties, Goggleman also offer the following guarantees below.

For all Non-Prescription Orders - 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Goggleman offers you a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please call Goggleman on 1300 464 453 to discuss.

For all Prescription Orders - 60 Day Money Back Guarantee (Conditions Apply).

For all Prescription Orders Goggleman offers you a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This extended time is given to ensure that you have worn them sufficiently and have not been able to comfortably adapt to the prescription lenses, or comfort of the frame, or they have not performed according to your expectations.

Oakley Replacement Parts and Lenses Warranty.
Oakley Replacement Parts and Lenses come with a 2 year Manufactures warranty.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse, and other non-manufacturing issues.

Oakley Refunds and Returns
When ordering Oakley replacement parts and lenses, please choose carefully.  If in doubt please contact us to discuss (1300464453).
Due to Oakley’s returns policy, Goggleman will not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for Oakley Replacement Parts and Lenses.

Conditions of Warranties:

1. PLEASE NOTE:- Goggleman are the experts for prescription lenses into all their products. Goggleman is not responsible for errors that may occur if you purchase products online (E.G Frame Only) and take them to your own optometrist. To avoid disappointment we strongly suggest all orders are fully completed with Goggleman.

2. Goggleman will not accept returns or warranties for prescription products where the customer has supplied an incorrect prescription.

3. Goggleman will not accept returns or warranties for customer's change of mind for Frame Type or Colour after purchase, however we are open for discussion should this case arise.

4. Goggleman will not accept returns or warranties due to Fogging Issues where the customer has NOT ordered an Anti-Fog requirement.

5. It is the customers responsibility to read the Usage and Care Instructions prior to using the product. Goggleman will not accept returns or warranties due to Damage Caused where usage and care instructions have not been followed.

Conditions of Returns:

1. The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all associated accessories. E.G. Case, Cleaning Cloth, Microfiber Bag, Straps, etc.

2. A full refund will NOT be issued until the product(s) are received back at Goggleman and inspected.

3. Please ensure that the method of postage back to us contains a tracking number. We will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post upon return.

4. Goggleman will not accept liability for any product(s) that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.

5. Shipping charges for your original order are not refundable. Therefore the refund amount will be the cost of the product(s) less the amount of our cost for postage.
